I used to work here and this is the first time I've been at this place in years and Jesus is this the definition of Meh. The hot sandwiches are worse off being baked vs using the panini press. Panera it's self is just a mediocre value for what you get. I honestly have no reason to go here now VS other restaurants in my area.
Gave me the wrong food and forgot a few things. Also paid with cash and was never given a receipt. Pretty sure it’s supposed to be given to you. She also repeated my order back to me and had it right so not sure what happened.Forgot my water bottle, a yogurt in my the kids meal(had two kids meals and they only gave one), and gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered 3 Mac n cheese and guess how many spoons they gave me? 2 lolNo napkinsNeedless to say I’m not happy with service...read full review

Food was delicious ???we had the Asian crunch salad, broccoli cheddar soup and the new Chicken Pepperoni Melt. Never disappointed at Panera!! Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful staff for making sure everything is stocked and cleaned.
