I absolutely love Chipotle. I need the guacamole to be smooth and not salty. It's so good at every location and nothing seems to be consistent at the Danville location as far as taste. Sometimes the food will be so good and fresh and then, today it's so salty I can barely eat it. Are there not instructions in how to make the food each time?

This is my first time eating at this particular Chipotle and it was okay. Service was fine and the people were fine but my food was eh. I got a chicken burrito and chips. The tortilla was rubbery and I've never had that issue before and the chips were chewy. There were only a couple chips that were crunchy the whole way through. What a change! We haven’t been to this location in some time due to lackluster visits. Overall experience, service and food quality were just not it. But a couple of weeks ago we gave it another shot while holiday shopping and I just want to say W O W.We were greeted when we walked in by a cheerful woman on staff.
