I got the pretzel that I came for. I just felt it was very overpriced. I spent over $10 on one pretzel and a drink. It tasted fine to me. I do believe this location has become accustomed to saving money. There is a charge for absolutely everything. If I wanted an extra container of frosting, there would have been a charge for it. Came to this auntie Anne's because my wife was craving a pretzel. We both don't eat pork so when we visit an auntie Anne's we always ask if the butter is cross contaminated with the pork from the pepperoni. They confirmed that it was but offered to make us fresh pretzels without the pepperoni butter. Amazing service and very nice owners. Highly recommend!
