Corporate Buffalo Wild Wings needs to do something about this location as this place is at rock bottom. Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t order from a person and had to order on my phone. That resulted in everything coming out at the same time, aside from one of the ordered entrees (a salad), which didn’t come until after everyone else had finished their food. We ordered for delivery and once we got our food, my Buffalo chicken wrap was completely wrong. Asked for no tomatoes and mild sauce, both things were wrong. The fries were STONE cold not even warm. They were hard and stale. And, we got some wings - y’all didn’t even include any blue cheese . It’s Basic stuff, not a complicated order. Placed a pick up order for lunch on Super Bowl Sunday. Wings were not come mixed in with the sauce- sauces were in mini containers. I called to express my dissatisfaction with the food quality. Steadman, I guess assumed my order was meant to eat during the game because he said that they gave me the sauce on the side so it can be easier for me to reheat.
