Very bad service. I went there for a few days and they didn't give me enough food. The plate has to be full. And not half. It's not free food. You're paying for the food as workers, you have to keep in mind that very bad service.
Food was good here, but frustrated with the service. They need to train their employees on their rewards program. They have a big sign pushing you to sign up for their rewards program and get free guac. So I signed up while waiting in short line and order two meals, including guac. They scan the QR code that popped up when I signed up, but the guac doesn't come off the bill. He says I haven't earned enough rewards or bought enough. Wow. This place needs some serious quality control assist from corporate. Been to a ton of chipotles, I would think being in Fairfax this place would be run better. Food was poor quality, service mediocre, and the cleanliness really lacking.
