October 24, 2023 Receipt Number #45I was hungry and craving mashed potatoes, gravy, and chicken. After I came home, I opened my bag and searched everywhere for the mashed potatoes, but they were not there. However, I have no complaints. The lady who assisted us at the cash register was very kind/pretty and helpful, but she simply forgot to include the mashed potatoes in my order. So sadly, mashed potatoes are my favorite side order from Popeyes.
I was fortunate to have William take my order. His customer service was amazing and he was really helpful in selecting an option on the menu that would be best for me. To quote my husband, “he earned a reoccurring customer to this location.” (We have one that’s closer)
