Been going here for my lunch breaks and cut them some slack the first time they messed up my order. Im not one to write reviews but this is probably the 3rd time Ive had an issue with this location. First mistake was they forgot a couple items. Second, the chicken was overcooked, and again, was still missing some things.. Third time they gave me the wrong order. I ordered bbq wings, they gave me something totally different. Didnt even give me sauce, napkins, utensils, nothing.

I understand I came in an hour before closing, but it was a full hour and they had nothing but almost nothing but classic chicken, had to practically climb over all the chairs on the floor, and we were stepping in puddles of soapy water from the mopping.

Edit: they did refund my order. It shouldn't have been this difficult, but they did help me.Original review:I placed an order that was never delivered. The app is glitchy. Ended up with 2 orders delivered. One was delivered, the other was not. They don't have accountability with doordash, and doordash cannot help with order issues. Very convenient for both of them.Also, there is no way to actually get to anyone in support. Automated text responses and email only....read full review
