Went for the all you can eat shrimp with my boyfriend. Very nice ?? atmosphere was pretty good, I'm not a fan of crowded restaurants so this was nice for us. Our server was super sweet, she made sure we were taken care of. He ate 60 shrimp and I ate 47. Totally worth it and highly recommend. SHRIMP DATE ??

Absolutely dreadful from start to finish at the Fairfax VA location. No one waited on us for at least 20 minutes and there was only one other customer. Biscuits were being cooked. Food was cold and wrong sides and service to correct was awful. No drink refills. Way too expensive for awful cold food and service. Will not return. BTW … I gave only one star despite what it says. ?

Great food and great vibes! I want to give a special shout-out to Myriam, who provided terrific service and brought good vibes to the room the whole time we were dining. She kept drinks flowing and was very attentive without ever being overbearing.

For over 20 years we have been dining at Red Lobster every Christmas Eve. This year 2023 again we partook in this tradition. Went to the one in Fairfax . Didn't mind the 30 minute wait. Here comes our waitress. Offered no hi, no smile nothing , just "what are you drinking?" Never had a bad waitress there. They are always so perky. This one had rather be anywhere but at work. Brings us our ice tea. It was old. I asked for the biscuits with some butter. No butter. Dinner salad and baked potato were delicious. I always order the stuffed mushrooms but now they are swimming in garlic sauce. Why change the ingredients? Why ruin a good dish. So I did not order this . When asked if they could leave off the garlic sauce the waitress said no. Next ordered the twin Lobster tails for $41.00. They were small, no flavor at all and undercooked. No I did not return them because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for another order. Waitress never came by to see if we wanted another drink. Also is it necessary to have the fan blowing over my head. It was freezing in there and it's winter time. People were eating with there coats on. Needless to say I think this bad experience has ended our Christmas Eve tradition. As like at many chain restaurants this one has gone down hill. The $41.00 was not my complaint, it was the bad server who was never happy about serving us and the quality of the Lobster tails. Forgot to mention the Lobster tails were two different colors.Parking: Huge parking lot

Service was outstanding, the food was great. Careful with the trout there were a few bones. But over all very satisfied. As always the biscuits are to die for!!!
