This is my first time visiting and the food was decent. While I have no major complaints I do feel like the food lacked in flavor. I ordered a set of spring rolls, crab ragoons, and orange shrimp. I noticed the rangoons didn't come with the red sauce I usually get a restaurants. Just wish the food had a bit more or a kick.
I've been coming to Red Pepper for about four years. I usually phone in and pick up. So glad they survived the past year. I strongly recommend Gen Tso Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken. The pork fried dumplings are sooooo good!! Great service and a great price!!

I ordered crispy duck and fried shrimp with vegetables and total price is $9 more than the price on menu. Owner male said the prices on menu are for dine in only and carry out prices will cost more. The taste is really good. I wish I live closer to the store but I live and work in DC.
