One of the best places to go for bento, and if you buy from them often and have a rewards card, you are eligible for a free chicken bento or teriyaki entree. I also highly recommend their dragon roll and chicken spring rolls. Service is fast in getting out orders, and the food is always fresh. Highly recommend.
The location is good but busy, the food is not bad but the service could be more friendlier.I came a little bit after lunch time and there was no one in line. The worker came over, did not greet me and just stood there. He had a face like he didn't want to be there. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies. The food is disgusting, stringy beef that tastes like it has been soaked in sugar, mushy brown rice, the salad dressing is a small container of on orange sugary substance and the “sushi” rolls smelled so bad (fishy) I couldn’t eat them. There was a spec of dried ginger I was afraid to touch. Servers were friendly and the food came out in three minutes, which should have been my first clue.
