Staff are friendly and I was greeted and attended by Karen. I ordered the bbq wings and they came out fresh and hot. The fries were very tasty and also hot. 10/10 recommend. I will be coming back here.
From the time we arrived the customer service was horrible. There were 3 empty tables. When we were greeted we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. The server that was running the front area didn't know what was going on. Then someone else showed up and we were immediately seated. Then took about 15 minutes for our server to come to our table to take our drink order. Ordered boneless wings and finally got them and they were not baked. They had no breading on them.
