“Large, very clean Five Guys with their own parking lot. This chain is a mixed bag. Some are definitely better than others. Workers here are actually friendly and helpful at this Falls Church location And they do an excellent job of making the food. Burgers taste freshly made, juicy and flavorful. Fries are perfectly cooked and are always crispy on the outside --- not soggy/greasy like many other 5 guys locations. A trip here is worth the money AND the calories!Parking: Super EZ free parkingKid-friendliness: Kids definitely welcome. The Falls Church location on Broad St is kept spotlessly clean. And they have an awesome Coke Freestyle machine.“
“While in the restaurant a person came into the restaurant with a dog and I know that dog wasn't a support dog or a dog for the handicap person if it was she wouldn't have tried to hide the dog in the first place. Dogs shouldn't be allowed to be in any restaurant.“
“Stumbled upon this place on accident and I'm so happy I did. The food is great along with the drinks. It's all reasonably priced and delicious. The drinks are also awesome and the staff is beyond sweet with a great ambiance! It was also the first time I had Ethiopian cafe cusine and I was happily surprised with how good it was!“
“The Hispanic cook with neck tattoos was really rude. He got upset because I couldn't hear him call my order (I'm deaf in my left ear from an explosion) saying "I just called that, can you not hear man?" And proceed to laugh with his coworkers in my face. I will NOT be going back to this five guys. Food was fine, he was just rude. If people can't hear you maybe speak up and not blame the customers for not hearing you ?“
“Never been a huge fan of Five Guys just because I don’t enjoy burgers that much. But every time I’ve been there I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of food for the price. The service is almost always fast however the restaurant style isn’t my favorite.“
