“Large, very clean Five Guys with their own parking lot. This chain is a mixed bag. Some are definitely better than others. Workers here are actually friendly and helpful at this Falls Church location And they do an excellent job of making the food. Burgers taste freshly made, juicy and flavorful. Fries are perfectly cooked and are always crispy on the outside --- not soggy/greasy like many other 5 guys locations. A trip here is worth the money AND the calories!Parking: Super EZ free parkingKid-friendliness: Kids definitely welcome. The Falls Church location on Broad St is kept spotlessly clean. And they have an awesome Coke Freestyle machine.“
“As we have only ordered delivery (multiple times), I can’t speak to the friendliness of service or the atmosphere, but the food from here has yet to disappoint. The chicken sandwich combo is what we all end up getting almost every time. Don’t overexaggerate your taste for spicy-ness, as this is one of the more potent chicken sandwiches you can get.“
“This location is great. The staff is always friendly but what happened to the vegetarian menu? Taco Bell is one of the only fast food chains that has always catered to vegetarians. Not only was the vegetarian menu gone but also the fiesta veggie burrito ???“
“Good, friendly service and usually pretty fast, even when there is a line. The food is always hot and the condiments section seems clean. My only issue with the restraunt is that its kind of awkward having to stand where the line starts while waiting for your food.“
“I have always liked Subway, but lately I noticed that if you go at certain times of the day, the sub rolls get hard on the ends to the point where I need to break part of the roll off. Yes, break.Not sure if it's the cabinets they keep them in that get opened and closed all day, or they are making too many at a time and they end up sitting longer, but they need to check them before they use them. “Never been a huge fan of Five Guys just because I don’t enjoy burgers that much. But every time I’ve been there I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of food for the price. The service is almost always fast however the restaurant style isn’t my favorite.“
“The Hispanic cook with neck tattoos was really rude. He got upset because I couldn't hear him call my order (I'm deaf in my left ear from an explosion) saying "I just called that, can you not hear man?" And proceed to laugh with his coworkers in my face. I will NOT be going back to this five guys. Food was fine, he was just rude. If people can't hear you maybe speak up and not blame the customers for not hearing you ?“
