Another in a long line of disappointments from the Panera Bread company. What was at one time (long ago) my favorite fast casual chain has become a Crust of its former self. We come here on a weekly basis. The food is fresh and healthy, good value for the price. I am an environmentalist and try to do what I can to limit the impact on the environment. I love the Panera store where we stopped on the way during our trip this summer in Pennsylvania where real silverware was provided. I really hope this can be implemented by all the Panera stores!!
