Rude employee. I used to be a regular customer until a male employee harassed me and drove me away. He repeatedly refused to honor the Subway reward system, saying that the store neither allows points to be earned nor rewards to be used for payment. He is a poor representative of Subway-- hostile, dishonest and rude. My strategy for the last three years is to earn points at another Subway. Honestly, I really don't like the lady. She's always got RBF and doesn't understand anything we are saying. I wanted a gift card and she didn't know what I was saying or how to even do one. You lost money due to your staff's incompetence. She is also a bad customer service person. She comes of rude and like you are bothering her every time. I won't be back, and I have gone here about 4 times so far since my move. You should hire competent staff. 11.22.23 @ 5:14pm

Extremely rude. Kept making side comments and complaining while I was just telling him my order. Tried to ask to have a second sandwich toasted but he refused because "spinach breaks ovens." How ridiculous, been to 100 subways before and never had an issue. No costumer service. Once he disrespectfully finished the sandwiches and checked us out. He vanished.
