My boyfriend and I stopped here on a road trip yesterday and needless to say we’re definitely going somewhere else next time. We went inside and ordered on the kiosk and then waited 15 minutes for our food. No big deal but there was no one else inside and the drive thru only had a few cars in it (I wouldn’t consider it to be busy). Finally we received our food. Got there expecting to get hot food….Chalupa wasn’t hot or warm or toasted at all. That fine, but still woulda appreciated it not cold. And they didn’t call my name out for my order just put it out on the counter no hello or have a good night.

Horrible!!!! food was cold and not cooked one bean burrito was actually in a soft Taco shell. order taker didn't know what it was that I wanted instead of a meal I got separate items 16.00 instead of the usual 6.99 box that he wouldn't ring me up for. It won't let me add pictures worst experience ever at a Taco bell.
