Great food and service this was the third difference Chilli's we have been to since the beginning of the year, we were about to write Chilli's off as a place to stop and eat at but after stopping at the one in Fredericksburg we were very impressed with everything from management, the server, the food, how clean the restaurant was. My wife and I are already thinking about next time we can go there to eat. If you are in Fredericksburg and looking for really good food and great service go to Chilli's off of Rt 3 in front of the mall.
I can come here any given day/ evening and get the same great service. Every where I go all you hear is excuse for pour service. Forgetting what the customer asked for. But if the service is right you don't need excuse. Love their
Showed up at 5:30 after calling 10 minutes prior to ask if there was a wait and was told there wasn’t one. Not a single table was taken when we arrived. Host told us that because the kitchen was backed up we couldn’t even sit down for 30 minutes. Not order food, not order drinks, we just wanted to sit at a table or the bar for the 30 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. How on earth does that make sense or benefit customers or the restaurant, and why wasn’t that communicated over the phone.Terrible service overall.

Every aspect of my visit was nearly perfect.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility was good. Nice parking close to the front door. Wide enough doors to get in. The table height was perfect for my wheelchair.
If you ever want a steak that's 1/4 the thickness of your friends' and cooked well done when you order medium rare, this is the place! Your server will be very attentive, but the manager, who is the only one that can fix your order, will never show up to follow up on his cook's mistake. So if your replacement comes out after everyone else is done eating and happens to be overcooked like ours was, he'll never know. I don't know if the cook hates their job or their supplier is selling them trash steaks, but what a disaster. I can only recommend chips and salsa because it's hard to mess up opening a jar and a bag.

worst food I have ever had. Tried their chilli and it was so salted it hurt my tongue and I could not take more than two bites. The service was nice and it was clean but the food was not even good. my daughter's corn was also over cooked and dried out.
