Ate here last week when my children and I went to the Brick Fair Festival in Fredericksburg. This was one of the only places that didn’t have a line. I was able to reserve a table online and get seated right away. Both of my children really enjoyed their meals. There was someone’s hair in my shrimp and grits. The manager told me that it is how the corn husks look when it is cooked. I didn’t fuss because they made a new meal for me. I paid for the meal. However, the manager didn’t notify my server because he profusely apologized for the mistake. So I thought it was deceiving but I paid and tipped. However, I don’t plan to return to that restaurant again even if I’m in the area again.

My husband and I are new to the area and have been trying different restaurants every week. We recently tried Firebirds and, in our opinion, the food was just ok. However, the server was phenomenal and the atmosphere was wonderful.My husband and I each had a steak, his was the Cajun and mine was the NY strip. The cut of each steak was perfect and thick. Each steak was cooked to perfection. The flavor was lacking and the seasoning was basic. There wasn't anything that made this steak really standout from other restaurants we have been to. In all honesty, the steak tasted better after my husband and I took home the leftovers, and cut the steak up, and put it in a salad.We will definitely try Firebirds again, but it won't be for the steak. We truly appreciated our server who was extremely busy, but was very attentive to our table. She filled out drinks, checked on our table numerous times, and was very sweet. As I said earlier, the Firebirds atmosphere was on point! As a result of these two important factors, we will definitely try another meal at Firebirds.

First time at the Fredericksburg Firebird I normally go to the one in Short Pump. Service was quick, we sat at the high top near the bar and fireplace. Food was delicious! My son had the parm chicken with potatoes I had the garlic chicken with carrots yum. Took a to go plate and the food was just as tasty on day 2. 2 meals 2 drinks a little over $60.

Ordered a takeout and received scraps. This was suppose to be bbq ribs. How did they think this was okay to serve?
A great place to eat delicious food and have a good time meeting with friends. Two walls decorate the hall - one of the bottles with wine, This is a very colorful view. The second wall is made of fire, but behind glass, on which the ordered meat and poultry dishes are prepared. This place is worth making “yours” and visiting often. The price tag is not at all ruinous. You can’t call it inexpensive, but it’s enough to pay for all the pleasures.

Served a la carte essentially if you wish. The individuals here are extraordinary . My iPhone got stuck on / on assistive touch - they fixed it for me. The last person I met here was brilliant and had lost loved individuals as have Just I- my stepfathers funeral is tomorrow am so I was stressed out not to have a phone. Everyone please thank Andre and Becca at Firebirds for their kindness , knowledge and help.

This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Firebird's, each time the food and service has been phenomenal. They did get rid of my favorite steak a while back which left my previous visit a bit disappointing but now that I know they no longer have it I wasn't expecting it.Love the lobster queso dip, steaks are always cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere is always great.My only notice was there was a LOT of crumbs on the floor, it was later at night so I can understand being busy earlier, but it wasn't busy by the time we got there. As a restaurant owner myself this is one of my biggest things is to always have the dining room as clean as possible, especially dark floors that show every bread crumb

This is an entirely awesome experience you walk in and can smell the wood-burning stove. They have an excellently, decorated dining area, and the staff are just wonderful from the beginning to the end of the experience. The food is paired, wonderfully, and they have a fantastic selection to meet most everyone’s desires. Definitely recommend this.
