My husband loves the "pork & slaw" sandwiches & I haven't found anything I don't like. Not much on atmosphere but the service is fine. We treat it like a fast food joint - in & out. It's a little difficult to actually get to the location because there is not a convenient entrance to the parking area.

The sandwich I had was good except for one thing. One of the pieces of meat should have been thrown out because it was like shoe leather. The employees need to be more observant when they make the sandwiches. The piece of corned beef as I said should have been tossed.

You have to order and have a favorite before you can order on the app. Without a 'previous' order you cannot order from the app. Maybe you can apply receipts to gain 'Reward' points then order?? Idk. I can't. Bullshit app

Listen to the reviews and the warnings. Employees are more interested in their conversations with one another and gossiping about who's gotten fired than earning their pay by making subs and doing their job. I came in at 2:45 and didn't get my ONE large meatball sub till 3:15. There was one order in front of me. After reading the other reviews it's clear that this is not a one off instance and that their service has been lacking for quite some time. Annoyingly enough to right a reviews !! I didn't wanna be a Karen , but chiiilllleeeeee what the heck???

The food is good but the service is terrible. Waiting 30 mins to pick up an online order and it still wasn't ready. Also there was no sense of urgency from anyone working. Made me late for my lunch break. I would have left but it was already paid for

Firehouse subs are always delicious and both the Fredericksburg and Massaponax locations staff are super friendly. Five stars across-the-board!Parking: There’s a handful of steps and I didn’t see a wheelchair entrance. just be forewarned
I walked into this location around 3:30pm and I was the only person in line. A couple was eating. The two women behind the counter were in a conversation (not work related) which I assumed they'd wrap up and acknowledge me. One woman began putting on a glove but neither one of them acknowledged me. If someone can't acknowledge me within 45 seconds and it's empty I leave. If I owned that place I'd really reevaluate who you trust to run your business. I live in Richmond and the prices are less expensive than your location. Somehow you guys are under the impression your large sub is worth $17 which is insane...unless you're laundering money I doubt you'll be there much longer.
