Got the Princess Anne. Sausage with apple butter, it was delicious. The biscuit was a little hard though.

Talked this place up to friends of mine after having great service and food right before the pandemic. Took them in about three weeks ago. The server told us they had a shortage of people, something I personally would imagine they keep to themselves instead of telling customers, but I understood the struggle. Got a table. Then proceeded to get some of the worst service I've seen in a while. The food was ice cold for my friend. Mine was tolerable, same with another buddies. We ate and finished our meal before the server happened to walk by. My friend that had the cold food asked to just take it off the bill since they never touched it. The server said that was fine took the food then we proceeded to overhear her in a mocking tone tell another server or maybe it was the manager? that guy over there said "my food is too cold" pfff can you even believe these people? Found out later from other people that this place is under new management and is gone downhill ever since. I sure do hope they are able to pull it together because I used to love this place in the food was really good.

Got the Bacon Belgian Waffle, I think was the name. Delicious food. Coffee was tasty as well. Wasn't a fan that they use processed syrup, and that there was no real sugar for the coffee, just no cal sweeteners. Other than that, good place for breakfast, and massive biscuits.

This is my 2 daughters’ favorite restaurant lately and always ask to go. The pimento cheese balls are great. My girls love the giant cinnamon roll biscuit.

Visited on a Thursday for brunch with my hubby. Place was not too busy. Lee Lee was our server. She was solo, but the service and attentiveness was nothing short of AMAZING! We ordered peach mimosas and they were so delicious. For brunch, we enjoyed Belgian waffle combos with some of the best turkey bacon I’ve ever had. They even have vegetarian options for breakfast sausage. Place has a juke box, a patio in back, and is pet friendly (they offered a guest with a dog some treats and a water bowl as it was in the triple digits outside). This is definitely our new fave brunch spot in downtown Fredericksburg.

Okay so I’ve actually been to Fork n’ Biscuit a few times and all have been great. Food awesome and service spectacular. However, today(8/5/21) I could tell something was off. First this I noticed was a family exiting audibly upset about how their meal was so I was a bit concerned but “hey maybe they were just picky?” Nope they were within reason because upon receiving my meal I was definitely let down as well. I ordered just a biscuit and scrambled eggs. The eggs came out hot and fully cooked. No complaints there. But the BISCUIT however was cold. I spread butter on it and it didn’t even melt. Anyone who has been to this restaurant knows that the biscuits are pretty dense so some melted butter definitely helps it to go down. I couldn’t even enjoy it and decided to take it home. The waitress LeeLee was very sweet prompt and friendly. But I could definitely tell they had someone different in back-of-house, the quality and care put into the dishes lacked.

16 year old son and I went and had an awesome time. I had the Tyler Taco (held the fried onions). Son had the giant cinnamon roll biscuit. Both amazing and huge. We could only eat 1/2. Incredible.

Cozy restaurant with a neat concept- the only bread that they serve is waffles...and biscuits. Friendly, attentive staff, with a full bar and a patio in the back. All day brunch, great Bloody Marys.Right off the bat I looked at the cocktail menu and brought up their "Bourbon Melon Bellini" cocktail which actually doesn't have any bourbon in it because it's made with Tin Cup whiskey, but the bartender came out to talk to me and talk about bourbon for a while, so I hope they either switch it to an actual bourbon or call it a Whiskey Melon Bellini.I ordered a bourbon Bloody Mary and Scotch Eggs to start with, which were both great, then ordered the Old Dominion breakfast with scrambled eggs. The eggs were a bit over salted, which I didn't think was necessary because they left salt on the table, but were made with plenty of butter just like I like them. The great part was that these were actual scrambled eggs - not made from egg mix The grits were some of the best I've had and were perfectly buttery. The bacon was that perfect mix between crispy and chewy, and the biscuit was warm and soft, served with butter, apple butter, and jelly. My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, which she really enjoyed. I haven't seen her finish a meal that quick in a long time. I did try a few bites for myself and I really like it too. She did mention the eggs were a bit salty as well though.Overall I really enjoyed the place. The front of the house had vintage photographs of Fredericksburg, which I always enjoy seeing.Great job Fork N' Biscuit, you've made my short list, and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to check it out.

Waited 45 minutes to walk into an empty restaurant. Our waiter was great and the biscuits are huge. I just won’t be going back, the food was way too salty.

Trash service and food. Biscuits and gravey were over cooked. Eggs weren't cooked correctly. Had two waitresses at first snow then ended up with none dying of thirst eating their over salted biscuits and gravy. Table next to me sent hers back too. Pancakes had a weird after taste. Service was less than horrible

The food here was immaculate, if I died and went to Heaven, I’d want it to be catered by Fork and Biscuit. But everything else fell short. The staff acted like they’d been hired ten minutes prior to us walking in. They seemed annoyed by everyone who walked in and acted accordingly. Even if you’re willing to over look that, which I’m sure most are, a quarter of their menu was out of commission and they didn’t bother telling you that until after you placed your order. The times in which they brought out food was inconsistent and after you got it you wouldn’t see you waiter again until they thought you were ready for the check. If it seemed to be just me, I’d pass it off but the tables are close together and it was obvious these issues were spilling over to multiple people. I want to love this place and the food is so good I plan on going back despite the subpar service, I just hope it’s better next time.

Food was absolutely delicious. Biscuits were flaky and light and the cinnamon bun was massive.Service was exceptional too. Order was slightly delayed and the waitress kept us informed and have us a free drink (chocolate strawberry mimosa) inn the house.Highly recommend.

This is the second time we went here, thought giving it a second chance would be good, but fell short. Would recommend trying somewhere else. The atmosphere was incredibly nice, and our server was delightful. We felt terrible for her because she was constantly apologizing for the kitchen’s mistakes and shortcomings. The food, overall, was just meh. My eggs benedict were oily, the biscuits were just okay, the chicken pot pie was watery and oily. The food came out separately, and I don’t think I have to beat a dead horse–just take a look at some other reviews, but the kitchen side of things seemed disorderly.
