This was our first time ordering from Fu Kien Gourmet, but will definitely not be our last time! The food was excellent, in particular the Mu Shu Vegetable, Kung Pao Beef, and Spicy Szechuan dumplings...honestly, it was all delicious!
This place has the BEST vegan faux meat Chinese food in Virginia....on par with something you'd find in New York or LA. The faux beef and faux chicken are both amazing and vegan. This is Fredericksburg'a best kept secret for vegetarians. Order ahead for carry out as you can wait over 30 min.

Tasty. The staff was extremely nice and informative. I ordered the Hunan Beef, and it was tender and had a perfect amount of spice/heat. The egg rolls were stuffed with cabbage and bits of beef, nice and crispy. The Won Ton soup was different than I'm used to, but I enjoyed it, I could be wrong but the broth seemed beef flavored.
