I'm guilty of frequenting the drive thru for the sip club a little too much, but can you blame me when the staff at this Panera are super friendly and drinks are always spot on!
This place is usually good but not today we ordered two salads and a cheddar broccoli soup. The soup was watery and they admitted. So why serve a watery soup? The salads were half a way and nothing of the extra requested and paid was added. The tables were as dirty as the floor... bad experience.
