The weather was extremely nice on my birthday, so I decided to ride my motorcycle down from DC to enjoy it. I ended up in the area and decided to stop in for lunch before my ride back. The interior boasts a lot of warm wood, big booths, and a gorgeous center bar. The staff were very friendly and immediately seated me. My server was very kind and attentive, but not overbearing. He made a few different recommendations, including the corned beef sandwich, which I ordered. It was excellent. Lots of sauerkraut, plenty of corned beef, and perfectly toasted rye bread. My only recommendation would be to cut the sandwich diagonally as pictured in the menu because we all know sandwiches taste better when cut diagonally When the server learned it was my birthday, he generously offered a dessert and even put a candle in it for me. Needless to say, it was a lovely, spontaneous lunch that I would soon repeat. Highly recommend.

Surprisingly authentic European type experience. Big menu with excellent selections of every type of food. Great fish and chips. Huge salads, good for 2-3 people. Was not expecting this all in Fredericksburg!Kid-friendliness: Great place for brunch with the kids. Big and open with fair prices.

Very nice bar/tavern, great bar. Thankful they stayed open till 12am. The place was about at 25% capacity @10am on a Thursday night. Service was a bit slow, but understandable. Disappointed with the bourbon chicken, over cooked - stringy & dry.

We love this place, the food is always good and the staff is great. A favorite from the menu is their fish and chips, they use haddock instead of cod which I think is more flavorful. It's half off on Tuesdays! I take my tour through their sandwiches if I'm there for lunch, they've always been really good. And I recently found out that they brought back their mimosa and bloody Mary bar, which was a big selling point for us to go out of our way for Sunday brunch because it's a great selection of juices and toppings. Overall I've not had a bad experience there, would definitely recommend.

Burger was too charred on the outside leaving it with a burnt flavor. Not a fan of steak fries 99% of the time and these were no exception, felt undercooked in the middle (as most steak fries do) and I do wish the cut was labelled on the menu 'cause I wouldn't have ordered the fries if I knew (and I always forget to ask) The building is beautiful inside though. Service was fine, no comments there.

The food was delicious, but the service was everything!! We sat at the bar and was not disappointed, the food, the drinks, the service was everything. Huge shoutout to Samantha and
We went for an early dinner and, starting with the atmosphere, they seated us in the back where the sun was peering through the large vertical windows. They don't have any shades or blinds, so two of us were staring into the setting Sun throughout the meal, which was incredibly annoying. Now on to the food. The Ceasar salad with chicken dressing was quite generic and lacked true Ceasar flavor. Additionally, we ordered chicken with it, and it came with five pieces the size of a silver dollar. We ordered another side of chicken, and it was a small piece of unflavored, charred chicken approximately the size of 1/2 of a dollar bill. The cracked pepper steak was tough and seasoned poorly. The brie chicken sandwich had brie on only one side of the sandwich. The bread on the corned beef sandwich was soggy. Additionally, there only two place settings for thrnfour of us. They seem to have also down sized their beer selection. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and time, and we will never go back.
By far the best food in town. my Friends and I meet up here at least once a month and I always get something different. I have never been disappointed ( self proclaimed food critic here) and don't even get me started on their martini's .....Yum!
