Ordered a mild fish sandwich, mild blackened chicken sandwich and 6 piece honey bbq wings through app about an hour in advance. When arriving at specified time, the order was not ready and had to wait for it to be made. The fish sandwich came in spicy, the blackened chicken had the tiniest chicken patty, and the wings were just squirted with BBQ sauce without being tossed. Not sure if the shop is just having a bad day, but had a terrible experience. At least I got my food.
I went here for lunch earlier today and I got a wing combo and ordered it fresh. I waited 20 minutes for some of the BEST chicken ever. The cashier was fast and polite. I truly appreciate the service and food that I received from this location.

You can tell this place has a manager who thinks having less employees means you save money. I have a suggestion, one employee would be even cheaper! The ones you have are working hard but doing 2 or more jobs. After coming here a few times a month I’m giving up as every time now they are overwhelmed and trying hard not to drown with a normal amount of customers.
