I ordered an online order on Valentines day and it came to $100. I went and picked up my food, got home 30 mins away and ot wasnt my order. I called immediately talk to a manager and he said he will reissue my money back well, here it is a month later no money. I call up there everyday and I get hung up on , wait on hold for 15 mins, or I keep having managers lie and say they will call me back and never do! Very unprofessional, its sad that not only have I not recieved myrefund but, then keep getting lied too. Would NOT refer Red Lobster to anyone sorry not sorry!!

Walked in to have a good dinner and walked right out....12 mins should be enough for a bad experience. To start, the hostess the little ratchet girl with a big forehead and tats on her arms was rude, but then again not much can be expected from this place. Since the wait for 1 person was 45mins, I decided to try the bar. I sat at a table and was completely ignored for a decent amount of time, at which point I ran out and took my money to Bonefish grill where customer service it's held at a higher standard. Never going back again to this place.

I haven’t had crab legs in many years and I was really looking forward to them I was very disappointed they were cold when I got them skinny and flimsy the cracker did me know good I had to slice every leg nothing separated in pieces had to settle on digging out minute shavings on my little fork I never remember working that hard for so little never again service and atmosphere was great

Pros- food was good and always, especially the biscuits!Cons- food took over 45 minutes to be served and our server was serving tables all over the restaurant. We couldn’t even catch his eye for refills or our check.I don’t blame him, the restaurant seemed way understaffed.

Horrible experience. We were seated in a totally empty section, yet it took the waitress 15 minutes to come to our table. We asked for water & waited another 15 minutes to see hee again. A bit later she gave us biscuits. We wanted butter, but again she was missing. Finally came & took our order & again we waited for 20 min. She dropped off the food, minus the veggies. The food was not hot & the potato was actua)ly cold. 1/4 done eating I saw her & told her she forgot our broccoli. She said she was going to tell us, the weren't ready yet but forgot. She went in the kitchen & came out with them saying = how about that, they were ready as soon as I walked in. When we were about 1/2 done, they sat a family with a ba y & a toddler right next to us - in the otherwise still empty se lion. We endured the screaming the rest of our time there. Our 2 meals cost well over $100.00. The entire experience was horrible. We will never go back to Red Lobster again.

My friend and I were late diners after a fun mall shopping day, and we were very hungry! Even though we were late comers, the staff receptions were courteous, friendly and welcoming! The service was very professional and accommodating. The restaurant was quite busy, but our food was served surprisingly promptly! And the flounder and shrimp were beyond delicious! Looking forward to when we can return! My favorite Red Lobster.Parking: Parking was available, and very convenient to the mall we visited. Everything was ideal.

We went there for an early dinner. We both had shrimp. You got to choose several different types. It was very good. Loved the cheddar biscuits! Our waiter was really good. I'm sure we'll be going back.
