“Russ was the sweetest guy in the world ! Gave me advice on how to fix my necklace from turning around lol, gave me a free dessert because of wait times, and recommended/ threw in the jalapeño ranch which was AMAZING. had a big smile on his face the whole time and was so kind to each and every customer. the food was phenomenal, humongous sandwiches that are very reasonably priced, and they tastes amazinggggg. they definitely don't skip on the meat. great options to choose from to build your own. cute little restaurant that has arcade machines to entertain, and very patriotic which is always so so nice to see ! very refreshing. will definitely be supporting this restaurant and can't wait to eat there again.“

Staff is friendly and polite, and listen to specific requests (I always ask for a small amount of mustard and they don't overdo it like I have experienced at other places). Have not experienced a problem with any order yet.Parking: Plenty of spaces directly outside and just across from the store.“
“I’ve been to many subways in Fredericksburg, by far this subway is my favorite . Just by chance I popped in, ordered my usual tuna sandwich, and their tuna was superb!! There is a subway closer to my office but the drive is well worth it. Clean and friendly staff.“

“3/22/24 around 3:30 So it was my first time going since they opened and it did not disappoint the food was good I think that's the first time I looked at a menu and had a difficulty deciding what I wanted because everything looked good. The customer service was great.Parking: The parking will definitely be tight if their busy, but if it's a calm time, the parking is fine.“
“I first tried Jersey Mike's subs in Pennsylvania, and now that I live in Virginia, I have continued to frequent Jersey Mike's. Their food is of the highest quality. “Food is always great. Service is always great. Store is always clean. Even though their app doesn't allow you to sub out American cheese for provolone on the steak/chicken and cheese(which isn't the stores fault), I just call after I place the order and ask if they can make the substitution and it's never a problem.“

“This place is a diamond in the rough. The Subways in this area are all pretty terrible, but this one is clean and organized with a competent staff. The only hiccup was being passed over in line because the girl pushed a guy's sandwich ahead of mine for some reason. My order wasn't even complicated.“
“The service was really good but, I think they need more variety especially if they are sandwich shop maybe consider putting like a Reuben sandwich or even a corn beef sandwich. If they had other things like that, on the menu I think it would be more amenable and more of a sandwich shop. If they offered specialty sandwiches like they can make any sandwiches that you would like they would get more business. I ordered the potato soup for lunch and it was really good. I highly recommend that if you want that Soup but I just didn't see any sandwiches that I wanted.“
“Fantastic dining area, with cool stuff to look at on the walls while you eat. As for the food, had a 51st and was not disappointed. Piled high with meat, and really filling. The homemade draft root beer is to die for, you can taste the difference from canned or soda fountain draft. Met the owner, Ben, super cool guy. 10/10 would recommended“
