This a review from my last 2 visits to Shawn's about 4 months apart. I am just in the area temporarily so someone local recommended this place. For My first visit hereI would give them a 5. They had all the meats, everything was cooked very well, great atmosphere, good pricing. I had no complaints. Unfortunately the last time I went ( last week) they had limited types of meats and the brisket was salty. Another person in my group was very disappointed as well. The brisket was too salty, but not bad, the jalapeños sausage was excellent and I loved it. Salad was good Rachel dressing was also good. The mac and cheese was good as well. Recommend this place

Stopped in and tried the pulled pork sandwich combo meal. The pulled pork was smoked perfectly and it was flavorful amd not dry. I liked the assortment of sauces that they had, especially the vinegar based. Sweet tea on hand too was awesome! The Cole slaw was very good. I rarely finish the serving of Cole slaw anywhere I go but I finished this, it was that good.
