My last time going screwed up a Oreo cheesecake shake. 100%whipped cream no damn Oreo or cheesecake doubled back and had to get my money back you get one time to screw up my shake never again!

Me personally, I didn’t really like your BBQ sauce, but it was good quality just not my kind of thing. I won’t take anything off for that, especially because my dad absolutely killed his and my sandwich after I gave it to him.That being said, the tater tots 10/10 recommend. I devoured these in 10 seconds.Lastly, the cherry limeade. Absolutely amazing! I was so so happy when I tasted the drink. It was as good as I imagined. Then, when I finished and saw the limes and CHERRIES???? Absolutely crushed it sonic. I recommend to everyone.

Let's start with the atmosphere. The place was a ghost town at lunch time. The service was not bad, but it wasn't great either. Just about what you expect from a minimum wage job. I'm not complaining about that. The problem with this Sonic is 100% on the food. The Philly cheese steak was bland. The mozzarella sticks were under cooked, not cold, but never actually reached the melting point for cheese. The cheddar in the jalapeno poppers was stale. Everything that we ordered that was fried, tasted almost the exact same. The tater tots had 0 crunch. It's not Sonic as a whole that is disappointing. It's this Sonic in particular. We will still go to other ones, just not this one again. I wasn't going to write out the lengthy complaint of a review, because it felt like too much work for just a single bad experience. The reason for me putting in the extra effort is due to you asking why I left the one star. So hopefully this helps. I doubt it, but we will see.

We've been coming here for probably a year now and the food and service have always been on point. This is one of the only fast food places that have never messed up our order. The workers here are great and I'll definitely be coming back here for a long time! I thank the team for your hard work!

Just placed my order and when I got ti the window gave her my card and she told me it was declined I checked my account and the 30.00 and change was taking from my account I show her that it was and she said it's pending and she couldn't give us the food and it will drop off how will it drop off it still look we paid for our food on my bank account. I will be calling corporate and my bank. I think something is under hand going on there. The young lady at the window who did the transaction was Mikayla. If this has happened to you let me know.

They will screw up your order, give you the wrong food and then make you wait 10 minutes while they get everyone elses food instead of prioritizing resolving the mistake. This is probably the third chance ive given them. Management needs to step it up before corporate has to step in and fire them.
