Me and my dad stopped to get a quick late lunch. I got the number six chili cheese County and my dad got the number one burger but the burger my dad got was ice cold when he went back up to the window to complain about it they laughed at him, and then try to refuse to fix it. Eventually he just stayed there. Even the manager was quite rude and disrespectful. After a few moments, they threw a burger at him. He refused to eat it afterwards concerned about its safety. I am disappointed I have never had a bad experience till now And the fries were also cold and limp

I order dinner , ordered 2 #1's (was told they came with Ketchup, Mustard, and pickles on all the burgers) both burgers had onions on them (which I'm allergic to) both burgers were not cooked all the way through. I ordered a #7 which was not cooked. Had tater tots which all were cold. Also ordered 2 of the hamburgers only from #1 and they didn't have anything on them....will not be returning....it was so bad my dog wouldn't eat it.

Sonic is starting to become one of my favorite quick eats... The cheese steak is delicious... I would definitely suggest adding tomato lettuce...the cheese sticks are also worth

We have attempted eating here several times. The food is rarely fresh and this last time we waited at the drive thru window over 10 minutes for them to get our two blasts. When given there was no apology about the wait or reason as to why it took so long.

Sonic was a favorite of mine since I was a kid… my go-to always the Chili cheese dog! Unfortunately, today was probably it for me. I ordered my son a kids meal, a root beer and my chili cheese dog . split it in half and took a bite. It was so crunchy. There were lots of little fragments of something and a decent size bone and a black seed with a little sprout growing out of it! Absolutely gross. The manager was super friendly though. Asked if I wanted them to remake it…. I just can’t trust another, especially from the same batch. She did refund me for the chili dog. I thought I was okay but as I pulled out, the grossness hit me and I vomited for a good 5 miles.

Starved, I stopped by this location. It has changed! They brought me a cold stiff chicken sandwich, tasted like the oil hadn't been changed at all! Smelled bad. Potatoes nuggets cold too. The outside was filthy, the customer service as if I WAS BEING TOLERATED. All around bad experience from a wonderful day. They need to do better. After an additional 15 min, I received hot clean food. Too many other places to eat!

I had previously posted a good review but I needed to remove it and update it now. It used to be a good place to get some food but due to different employees maybe the service has become absolutely abysmal. I have given them a few chances over the past couple months and I just kept getting disappointed by one thing or another. Today's experience was the last straw. I had a small order and wanted a trick or treat blast, my order arrived ok but without the blast. When I told the carhop and showed him the receipt he said "my bad I'll be right back". I waited and then saw the carhop and what looked to be the manager step outside for a smoke break. Still waiting for my blast they finally finish and then go back in and I'm still waiting so after 10 mins I press the red button and wait another 2 minutes for a woman to answer. I tell her I'm still waiting on the blast I never got and she said she would start working on it. I continued waiting even more and after having sat for 30 mins total I was about to leave when she came out with blast in hand. She came up to my window and thrusted the blast at me and I took it as it almost spills all over me in my car and she says "Have a nice day" and walks away without waiting for my reply. It was piss-poor made leaking all over the container and not even the right flavor. I couldn't believe I wasted that much time on such horrendous service. Hopefully there will be an employee change again soon and they will get some decent people who care about their customers even a little bit.
