Food was great, but customer service is lacking. I should not have to constantly ring the table bell for a refill on water, extra sauce, or just for someone to check on me. After they drop your order off, they will NOT be back to ask anything.

My family and I went to give this restaurant another chance but unfortunately the food quality wasn't much better and it was still overpriced. On each table, there a three button service which is convenient for most. There were some changes that I haven't seen before. There was a bit confusion on the menu. I agree with most of the reviews on the service. Not great.. but they do have buttons on the table if you need something you can call the staff. I’ve been here several times and tonight Was the best tasting pho I’ve had from there. It was delicious. Sometimes the broth is almost clear with no taste, but Tonight it was a dark rich color with lots of flavor and a good portion of steak. I wish it was consistent bc I would go more often.
