The food is excellent there is a slight language barrier but nothing impossible and it's worth the minor inconvenience for great food the tortas are amazing!I'm a motorcycle cop and it's one of my favorite places for authentic Mexican, keep up the great work!

This is an excellent hole in the wall restaurant that makes delicious taco's. We tried their beef tongue, beef cheek, chorizo, steak and pork tacos. The beef cheek was the best of the batch with the meat cooked perfectly that it just melts in your mouth. The tacos are very flavorful except we didn't think the pork had much flavor. The staff is very nice and the owner himself (Flavio) served us and was very friendly. This was our first visit to this place and there will definitely be a lot more visits.

This place is a local treasure and I love it so much! Any time I meet a local who’s never been I hype them so hard - but most know it and will gush with me.They’re not much to look at from the outside but the food is so good. The very cream of the crop is the tacos - I’m lingua and mixta all the way. Their tortillas are hand made and it shows!Some days there can be a good line and they get you through quickly and pleasantly - they are very sweet! I don’t think I remember them ever getting my order wrong and I always order for large groups of people.Dietary restrictions: All of their tacos are hand made with corn flour - they are amazing! Their Quesadillas and sandwiches are flour, but their tacos are so good it’s hard to feel like I’m missing out.I also order huaraches and sopes. Their fajitas are good but given the choice I’m taco all the way.

If you want REAL Mexican food, full of flavor and oh so satisfying, then Taqueria Flavio is the place to go. Beef cheek and lengua tacos are the best! Salsa tastes like what I would get from the best, hole in the wall taco shops back in San Diego. Yum-o!

This place is awesome, we live in Springfield va and when we are in the mood for good tacos we take a drive just to go to flavio’s. I love there tacos de cachete, Food is delicious totally worth the drive.
