I came with a friend. We walked in and this guy walk up to us cursing us out saying that they were closed. We wanted to just use the bathroom, so we walked to the movie theater on the other side. And this guy said specifically, “ Yo I just said we are closed, you just walked passed me like I’m not talk to you.” The build had “0” signs on their doors saying they were closed. Their doors were “unlocked”. On Google Maps and Apple Maps it said that they were open. The black man went to call his manager and we left in disbelief. I have never been so disrespected as a customer in my life. The man was wear earrings in his ears. He had a necklace as well. He was also wearing Dark Grey sweater with no hoodie. He was also wearing black shoes and jeans.

This is not Splitsville (former name) for SURE! The bartender who took care of me was very nice and relatable but extremely busy. The entire place appeared to be disorganized and I saw people leave before they had food. The bartender (not mine) with the very long blonde locks put her hands in her hair way too much and frankly I'm guessing they don't see the health department much. I used to really enjoy going here when my kids were younger but now I'm not coming back.

Food was OK. Meaning it was cooked and served and we didn't get food poisoning. Food took a long time to come out. We ordered ole bay wings and they were very SALTY. The food costs us three times what it should cost. The music was NOT diverse so we could not adapt to the atmosphere. We were alone for the first couple of hours before other patrons showed but the manager (who was bowling at the time) was unwilling to adjust the music selection or put us on a lane NOT against the wall. He said other lanes weren't working, but there was no Signage to back up this claim. We had a good time but our experience was not special and we left feeling as if we weren't appreciated.

Me and my husband frequent the VIP section at Paragon. I love the Rooster shrimp and have gotten it many times however past 2 times I’ve had issues. First time the shrimp was very chewy and appeared undercooked. I emailed making them aware and 3 weeks later no response. This past weekend we went again and I attempted to order it again and the shrimp was way over fried. The slaw that comes on the side was missing the vinaigrette that was on it last time and tasted off so I took one bite and done. When the lights turned on at the end of the movie and I looked at the leftover food on the plate I noticed something that literally turned my stomach. The Napa slaw had mold and rotted pieces scattered throughout. I emailed and sent in a photo and got a response email immediately and a refund issued for this visit. I’m guessing they don’t take notice until they receive multiple complaints. We will continue to visit Paragon but definitely eating before coming here to avoid ordering food from this establishment.

There’s 5 people sitting at a bar for 18There maybe 3 tables occupied in the restaurant on a Saturday night. Why?? Lackluster food and horrible service. Waited forever for dunking and food. Burger subpar, wings sad. Fire the manager immediately.. this place should have a waiting list not half empty but once you experience it you soon figure out why.

Not a bad place. Located inside the paragon theater. The service isnt that great for a movie theater that allows you to order food. Couldn't seem to get a staw for my drink or fork for my food. Zero follow-up from the servers delivering your food to your seat. So if something isn't right, you are SOL unless you walk out of the theater and speak with the staff at the bar. The bar outside the theater is nice and that staff is great.

My husband and I enjoyed watching a movie at Paragon and have food from The Agency Kitchen delivered to our seats. It was a fun experience and the good was wonderful and hot! Can’t wait to do it again!

The pizza is usually good but the service has gone to the dogs. Went there today and no waiters. Waited for 15 minutes before we went to the counter and was told they only had one waitress and she was on break. If you’re going to the movies we suggest eating somewhere else before going.

Seen the sign that said, "See host for seating". What host? We had to find someone to see if we could sit anywhere. Then waited for 10 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. I asked specifically if what I was ordering was a wrap and the waitres told me yes. When it came out it was a sandwich. I wanted a wrap so it wouldn't be so much bread. I told her it was fine because I don't like waste. She proceeded with an attitude telling me, "I'm sorry, but I have a lot of things to do and I made a mistake." I told her I understood, but when I asked specifically she should've said she wasn't sure instead of a definite yes. I would've ordered something else. She made me feel like she had better things to do than deal with me. She then proceeded to stand at the table next to me and say things to me and about me under her breath like my husband and I couldn't hear her. I told her she needed to stop and I didn't need the rudeness. There was not hardly anyone here. No silverware given. Had to go to the bar for napkins. No service from anyone after that. Not for refills or even our check. This is the second one time I have had horrible service since they changed to "The Agency". Last time we ordered just an order of fries and waited for an hour and still no fries. Our movie was about to start so we just got up and left since no one bothered to check on us. I will never come here again for dining or drinks. We used to love coming here. Such a shame.

Went to see a movie in the lux box area of the theater. The agency brings your food to your chair. I ordered the bourbon burger with sweet potato fries and it was disgusting. Now the fries were ok, kinda cold. The burger was horrible, I received a burger piled high with jalapeños and no sauce . I took it to the counter and the servers were very apologetic and offered to bring a second one, it was not much better, bland , flavorless, and still no bourbon glaze. At that point I was too far into the movie to bother getting up again so I just left the burger and ate the popcorn. Ontop of that , my boyfriend had ordered a BBQ burger and it aswell did not have any sauce. Will never order a burger from there again .
