I ordered my burger pink and it was cooked perfectly.As a result of my previous post, the owner reached out and offered us a gift certificate for a return visit, I appreciated the acknowledgment and quick service.

I'm changing my review. Here's the simple version, the place is higher priced than normal for a burger joint that doesn't seem to have any real reason to be. If the product is good but the food isn't then maybe there should be some more hands on training in the kitchen. There are other reviews that also talk about the price. I'm aware that places will bury charges into prices but the line between "transparent" and "poorly done" is dealt with by the rest of the experience. So eating a burger while fighting a fly then staring at the receipt with a bajillion charges on it is generally an unappetizing experience.The other thing is that I clearly heard and saw apparently the owners fight about something when they should have just kept their issues to some place more appropriate. While the female owner was trying to move stuff and get through a door with a medical boot, the male owner (they are apparently husband and wife) where seeming to struggle to get through the door while also fighting so she's saying stuff like "stop" and "back off" or whatever which is an incredibly bad look and the person I was with was uncomfortable as well. Didn't care to report or do anything about it because there's no point ruining the day to possibly end up fighting some dude who's brazen and poorly mannered enough to have an interaction like that both in their business and around customers. After hearing her negative words towards him and turning around to watch, he had said something negative to her and then myself and the person I was with watched his arm shoot forward into her back. No, the dude wasn't brawling his wife but it seemed like he was barely holding it together. This is a review, and that's what it was. Take that as you will like anything. Obviously the owner, or whoever responds to Google reviews, is just more upset than anything but also can't seem to act more professionally.

Friendly staff and some of the best food I've had. The tots were a delicacy unlike anything I've had before. Crispy thin fries with flavor variety available. The burger was amazing and you could taste the freshness. My mom got the chicken sandwich and raved about it. It's a bit pricy at first glance, but it's well worth it after tasting how real and original all the food was. I'll be back often.

The hamburger meat was tasty, the presentation was plain wrong. It was piled high and held together by a steak knife stabbed in the center. The tomato was extra, there’s a credit card charge… altogether three burgers and 1 tater tot, 1 drink for $59.00. Don’t expect to go there again. And the ketchup which we also got charged extra for was tomato sauce!

Cool atmosphere . The burger I had was absolutely amazing! All of the elements worked perfectly together. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. And we found Vivify by happenstance. Lucky for us! The kimchi fries were delicious.

I'm torn because I did like the food, I got the Royale with cheese, we also got one order of fries for the table and I tried one of my kids chicken tenders and it was all tasty. The staff also checked on us throughout our meal. I think if the portions were bigger or the prices were a little less I'd be more likely to go back more often. It was $51 for two pretty small burgers, a small order of fries, 3 drinks and a kids tender meal. I'd still probably go back but I didn't think it was good value

Got take out so atmosphere wasn't an issue. Looks nice inside though.Got a cheeseburger (All American). No pink. Cooked fine. Good taste. Nice size. Bun and cheese were good and bun did not fall apart/get soggy.Fries were overcooked and meh. More brown than golden. Five Guys does this too. It's always hit and miss. Looking at the review pics, Vivify do know how to cook fries properly so I'll give it another shot.Overall, 4/5. 1 star docked for trash fries but willing to give the fries another shot. Burger and service were 5/5.Oh and burger was $4 on a Wednesday so I'd give it 6/5 if I could. Great deal.Fix your fries!!!Parking: Lunch time on a Wednesday so absolutely tons of empty spaces for street parking. Restaurant was relatively quiet. Girl taking orders was pleasant. Service was quick for a cook to order burger. Nice clean restaurant with a nice layout. I'd definitely come back for another burger.
Green place the roof top was so fun our server and bartender Nate was awesome as well as everyone else. Food was awesome and the owner was there she is the greatest and checked on everyone and worked hard

I got the Royale with cheese which was delicious! Only thing that upset me was that the burgers do not come with fries, what?? 12$ for a double patty burger is fair but I mean come on, atleast throw in fries or tots, this is America, we love burgers AND fries! The burger was delicious though. We got there at happy hour so my husband and I shared a happy hour fry that we ordered separately for about 3$. Milkshake was good too we got a coffee mocha one, it was delicious but we couldn't taste any coffee. Other than that the rooftop was a fun atmosphere and inside was colorful and fun. Staff was pretty cool.
