The food is great. However every time I get a reward, they refuse to give it to me because of a glitch of their substandard app. Even calling them and verifying that I qualify doesn't matter. Very disappointing
I love the tunafish sandwiches at Jimmy John’s then one of my famous and it’s real tour of it it’s not like Subway it is excellent that service is great the people to come in and deliver a nice and everything I highly recommend it

Just went over to Jimmy John's at Short pump to get a sandwich. After I ordered my sandwich and put in my ATM card I asked the lady if there were any rewards. She turned the card holder around and pulled my card out and dropped it on the floor and turned her back and walked away and said nothing.
