Familiarity with Pot Belly in Ohio brought me into the store the other day. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Sandwiches were very good and found that their condistency across the franchise stands true. Actually had run out of a couple of toppings. ??♂️ Until the nation equalizes, we will continue to experience shortages. I know where you are now, and I'll be back.

I dropped by because I've always wanted to try this restaurant and I was in the area. The first thing I noticed walking in was the lack of acknowledgement even though there was 3 people behind the counter and only one person checking out as I entered.
