Drive thru super slow. Almost 10mins to take one order. And dont come @ 8pm or later... It will take longer, just for them to tell you that they aren't making more chicken.... And you can see everyone standing around on their phones and lounging around in the lobby. Smh. Gotta do
They were out of two of the three side items I asked for, but were able to make one of them in the time it took to receive my order. Customer service and product availability could really use a tune-up. Food I did get was good.

Ordered online for pickup at drive thru. Why offer DT pickup if you have to go inside?Not only that, the attitude of DT person was awful.This makes the 2nd time this has happened. It would be faster just to order at the DT. Maybe then the attitude wouldn't be so bad.This is the closest establishment to my home, but I believe I'd rather forego Popeyes than continue with the lack of organization and attitude.
