Chicken is always rubbery , I order acai bowls & sub the banana for strawberries & theres not even enough fruit on top to cover the acai base, skimping on the amount of fruit?

Manager/managers not present and not assisting with the rush. The wait times are brutal. This is my second time, and at least the three employees working the front greeted me when I walked in the door. Last time no one did. This visit is slightly better than the last, but as a general manager in the food business I believe that managers have to lead the charge and be present during the rush.

They have a designated section for online orders. This area was completely empty throughout the duration of my visit.My order was supposed to be ready at 1:40. I waited until 2:00 to acknowledge the fact that my order was not at the online order section. The cashier then went to the prep station where my order was and a couple of other online orders and handed me my order.This is the second time this has happened to me this week.
