Happened upon the food truck in Mt Jackson and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Carolina pork BBQ and brisket. Brisket just melts in your mouth and the pork was so tender and delicious! Very filling. Sides were delicious as well. 10/10 hands down.
Stopped here while traveling and it was amazing. The brisket sandwich was delicious and sides were great! It left a taste in my mouth and has me ready to drive back for another sandwich. 5 stars!Parking: Large graveled parking lot.
