“Very nice staff some even speak other languages like Spanish and helped my dad order his food. The food is amazing and doesn't take long to come out it's all fresh and it just has a happy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend if you want some good burgers!“
“Food was fine, thought price way to high. Yes I know all place are high.Plus management needs educate employees not just here all food places. Just because got gloves on can touch everything and gloves are clean. Watch cook keep touching face, walk out dinning area get drink ( with gloves touching door handles, the drink machine) never taking them gloves off and still handling food.“
“We had a great time up in this biash fr. Don't be deterred by the fact that a brown person is running the place, this place DELIEVERS. In fact, the food was so good that me & my religious, Christian friend started debating about religion. We both knew the food was SO tasty, that if me & my friend stopped being friends after our heated debate, we'd at least have a good night cuz the food was so freaking good.I got the catfish and fries, and the fish was hella flaky and tender.Good selection of sauces, but the food did take a while. “I'm so shocked, I had to post a review.Pulled in drive through last night. Not a long wait at all. Not only did I see lower prices on the menu, I also saw more deals. Got the $3.50 Double Cheeseburger bundle (didn't even know the bundle deals were back on the menu ?)and I must say I was impressed ! Fries were fresh, hot, & crispy ?Burger was larger than what I expected and cooked to perfection ?Cheese was actually melted ?The food was delicious.Courteous drive-thru employee. An overall great experience. I'm definitely coming back to this location.“
“Food rockt fast. Yet, drop and run for dine in. No, ask if you need ketchup, salt, or anything. I'm glad I bought my own ketchup, salt, and napkins as the Asian lady that dropped off locator 22, order number 900, never slowed to ask. I watched the speed of service, super fast. “I've been twice and I've loved the food both times. You can't beat clean, fresh ingredients cooked and served the way you want. Takes the guilt out of eating a burger for sure. You're really missing out if you don't take advantage of the soda fountain.“

“The food is really great but I do wish they had some kind of system for not forcing every single order to be individually wrapped and put into a bag. I understand that they are probably trying to cut down on the need for dishwashers, but even simple lunch trays could really cut down on the waste being created from people eating there.“
“Unassuming joint, but the food’s on point.My main gripes with wings from most places are 1) that they never quite seem to be crispy enough and 2) that they’re big victims of shrinkflation, charging me upwards of $2 apiece for wings that seem to get smaller every year.This place did not have either of those problems. The wings were big, cooked well, crispy, and extremely flavorful. They worked out to just north of a dollar per wing and weren’t stingy with the sauces / ranch either. So the value is certainly there.The customer service was also on point, the guy running the front counter was very nice and took extra care to make sure I had everything I needed before carrying it out.My new go-to for wings in RVA. Don’t let the outside fool you, this place is legit!“
“LOVE this place!!!! Food is great ,: at least everything I have tried is. I order on their website for pickup and it is such a great experience. Always ready on time and piping hot. Even when refrigerated , food is great the next day also. Can't say enough about how great this place “
