The customer service here has gone UP big time. The staff now is so customer service focused. They are all young but take the job seriously. My fries did not have seasoning on it and when I brought it up to the front guy...I think Kadir? He said oh my...that's not good what's the point. But non of them could imagine how it happened lol it was funny. They immediately replaced it and apologized. But also when they took my phone order it was such a great experience. Keep it up!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Each time I’ve came to this Wingstop location (9048 Staples Mill) they have messed up my family sized online orders. They like to short people on wing orders that consist of 20+ wings.They won’t even attempt to make amends for their mistake. HIGHLY incompetent people and managementTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
