I am a frequent customer of another location of this restaurant. I always order the same thing: wings. I came to this location because I was in the area and craving the wings. Unfortunately, the reviews are accurate. The food at this location just does not hold up to the other locations. The chicken didn't seem twice fried. I've been to a lot of Bonchons before. I usually love the chicken strips and really look forward to them as a treat. We ordered for a large party last night and the food was okay but not up to par. The strips seemed more like chicken tenders you would get from any other fast food place--not nearly as crunchy and well sauced as Korean fried chicken is supposed to be. Received very friendly service here, and the seasoned fries were excellent. However, the boneless chicken tenders were VERY small compared to every other BonChon location I've been to, and only about halfway covered in the sauce, which was disapointing. This location seems to cater almost exclusively to take-out.
