I had a bad dinning experience, but their ADO contacted me and gave me a gift card which I was happy about, as my family and I are on a tight budget and dining out is a special occurrence.
I had called for my ubereats order to remind them of the hashbrowns that came with my food (because it was forgotten the last time I ordered a large order with friends) and the manager I spoke with on the phone (I believe her name is Megan but I might be wrong) made sure they gave me my hashbrowns plus and extra order for the hashbrowns I was missing last time. Don’t go at night after dinner hours. Kitchen and service is super slow. Took an hour before our waiter came over to tell us there was a mistake with our order and it was being corrected. Asked for a glass of water 3 times before getting it.
