Visit 03/10/24. As before with my post a week ago, the place was very clean from floors to tables and chairs. In South Hill, that is refreshing when I have visited. Other fast food restaurants in town over visits to South Hill tolerable but not as clean as Hardee's inside. Where's the cashier? Oh, they didn't have one for the moment, and folks were told to go to the drive through. What if I walked to Hardee's today? Management thought it was a good idea to yell over customers, and repremand the cashier for leaving on her scheduled time in the midst of service, because she was the only cashier. I'm confused...I liked the chicken tenders, they were crispy and juicy, well cooked. Fries were good. The Famous burger was decent, just don't advertise...read full review

The location is good. The management of services is very poor. At the busy time of the day ( and I know they know) they appear to be UNPREPARED. I have left on many occasions because of the slowness which I attribute to poor management OVERALL. Today was not any better (early Saturday) . Someone infront of me left w/o being served. PLEASE get it together.
