“This place .. WOW. Legit the best chilaquiles I've had since Mexico City. Birria was fantastic. The salsas were fresh and flavorful. I am so full and happy I had to walk a few blocks!!! Service was awesome. A great little place to start our adult night ... this place is truly a hidden gem!!!“
“This restaurant is the definition of don't judge a book by its cover. The outdoor decor definitely screams old-school diner and the inside is a bit dark. I was in Leesburg for a work trip and this was conveniently located by my hotel when we walked in it definitely looked a bit rundown, and we were the only people dining in. But as I started to read the menu, I got high hopes since their takeout line kept growing and growing, and people started to enter the dining room as well. I will say my coworker started with a margarita and it was not enjoyable and was way too sweet. But the food made up for it! I had the vegetable fajitas and they were very flavorful, and the portions were huge. My coworker had the enchilada taco combo and tried a pupusa. He said everything was tasty. It was his first time trying a pupusa and he loved it!!! I can't forget to mention that the chips and salsa were very good. I could literally drink that salsa! The server was super nice and took great care of us the entire meal. I will definitely be back on my next trip and I highly recommend.“
“I was craving some Peruvian chicken and stumbled on this place. My friend recommended it and since I was in Leesburg, I thought I’d give it a try.The parking lot needs some work, it’s not paved. Apparently this place has been in business for over 20 years, they could improve in this area. You start with complimentary chips and salsa. This wasn’t bad. I started off with horchata, very good. I had half a chicken all dark meat with yucca and rice. The chicken was pretty good. Flavorful, juicy, tender. The yucca was the perfect texture, crispy exterior, soft interior. The rice was okay. The sauce both white and green could use some work. I’ll say, their sauce doesn’t come close to super chickens sauce. We dined in. The place was clean. The server was nice. They checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. They have a extensive menu. I’ll definitely come back to try out the other items.“
“Can't beat the quesadilla for the price! You get a giant quesdailla packed with protein& great flavors. The Al pastor quesadilla is my favorite! I recently had the Birria tacos, and I must say I now have a new favorite! So delicious! Even my husband couldn't help but steal a bite! Very cute restaurant. They play music inside sonits a bit of a louder environment. When you call, it's a bit hard to hear the employee on the other end, so I do suggest ordering online.“
“Senor Ramon Taqueria in Downtown Leesburg is one of my favorite spots! They have a variety of dishes on their menu. Their corn nuggets, salads, and super ramon tacos are some of my favorites. If you are visiting Downtown Leesburg it is a must visit!!“
“Honestly all I've ever had was their tacos, but damn if they aren't the most authentic around! The price is good as well. This is a secret place in the white people community, because they mostly cater to Latinos, but if they marketed towards other groups of people the place would probably grow to more locations. Just get your food to go, because the seating area is small. They also have a market store to pick up Latin products, I saw some authentic cok and pepsi products in the classic glass bottles. Good place, but they think small and mostly cater to their own culture, which is cool and understandable. However, if they focused on bringing other calture groups the business would skyrocket, because the food they cook is so real and delicious and priced excellent.“
“Meal was good. Ambience ok. Shout to service. Hector was very good, smiled, and brought food in timely manner. Not to be critical, but the entertainment featured a singer whose voice was strong and polished. But sounded to much of a lounge act with phrasing that was too long. Songs were sung way too slow for my enjoyment and began grating on my nerves. 1st time there. Chips were thick and unsatisfactory. More along lines of Taco Bell. Will go back but no urgency to go back. Salsa should be better.“
“We stopped here in our way from Arlington to Charles Town. Great place! It seems to be family owned or run. 100% family friendly: good prices, food to share, nice staff, lot of space, and more. The food was delicious, and the menu offered a lot of variety. Good thing they speak Spanish too.“
“Wow!!! I had never felt so comfortable in a restaurant, Mr. Luis Davila's attention was very good, very attentive, and very kind to us. He undoubtedly loves his job and there are very few people like him compared to other restaurants I have been to... ??️ Magnificent restaurant with a very good and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend it!!Parking: It is very safe, I could leave my car unlocked and I know nothing will happen, very safeKid-friendliness: Yes, I took my nephews to eat that day and Luis served us spectacularly.“
“We catered in Casa de Avila for a birthday party and it was such a hit! I knew their food was great after having it at their food truck, but catering in food can sometimes be a different experience. Thankfully, the catered food was just as good because they put care and quality into the prep and delivery! I can appreciate that it’s difficult to prep a larger size of food and deliver it fresh and in a way that upholds the quality of the food. They have everything down to a science. The employee who delivered everything was on time, professional, and careful! Their communication with scheduling and planning was outstanding which is very important to me. I highly recommend Casa de Avila for authentic delicious Mexican food! Best tacos in the area! ❤️“
