Pretty quick service. Some of the staff is friendly. Others, not so much. They gave me crunchy bacon when I asked for it but I got burnt Bo rounds. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was okay. Fries weren't too bad. I get takeout from here regularly.The point of a chain like Bojangles is to have the same reliable quality of food and service from every location in the franchise. This location is no exception. Of all the times I've been here, I think I was only disappointed with the chicken once. The fries are always good and the sweet tea is just the right sweetness. The service has been every time I've gone, too.

Food is good. The restaurant is clean. The employees are friendly. Unfortunately the service is unpredictable- sometimes they close the dining room is closed due to lack of staff. Also, check your drive thru order- more than once we have had to go back to pick up missing food.
