Burger wasn’t fresh, bun was stale, paid for a 12 count chicken fry, they gave me 9. Last time I’ll go, as this has been many times as far as the quality and freshness of food. They need new staff or more staff. The line takes about 15 minutes at least every time, and my order is always wrong and old, don’t know what the wait is ?? it’s not like they’re “cooking” anything.
Would have been nice to have a hot burger and at least warm fresh fries! Even with 4 cars deep got absolutely the worst burger and fries! Definitely would not recommend going, won't be

Cheese is hardly ever melted and burgers are cold sometimes. I’m not the one to return food out of fear of the employees doing something bad or nasty to it! As their attitudes as not the most friendly. I understand that working in the fast food industry is exhausting but if you don’t like people & you’re not nice to people, don’t work in costumer service!
