Woman at the first window taking orders was rude and clearly hates her job. The fries were cold and stale as if they’d been sitting for over an hour.If you go in the mornings, this is usually a great McDonald’s. But go later in the night and it’s terrible.I went at 7:30 btw. Not like I went there right before they close. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually do have a good crew in the mornings and I rarely go at night.
I had a pleasant experience at McDonald's and I'd like to commend Shaheim for his excellent service in providing warm food, even at a later hour. This made my visit very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!

After receiving a gift card for Christmas, I decided to break my year+ McDonald's drought. Orders would be incorrect, cold and/or old food etc..matter the location in the Lynchburg area. From ordering to leaving the 2nd window, I was in and out quick. Shaheim was very polite, upbeat and didn't rush me to make up my mind. Food was correct and tasted how it should.
