I ordered delivery (food and smoothies) and my 2 smoothies were not delivered. (Not the stores fault, that was DoorDash‘s fault). After DoorDash wouldn’t respond to any of my texts, I called the store and spoke with the general manager of the Lynchburg VA store. She was absolutely AMAZING, understanding, and extremely apologetic (again, not the stores fault at all). The facility was clean and welcoming. The cashier did not offer the friendliest service. She had difficulty answering basic questions about their app and menu. My daughter loved her Strawberry blend smoothie. I ordered the island green and found it a little to bitter for my taste. I could not detect pineapple or Mango flavor at all. It also had large pieces of greens in it. Needed more time in the blender to puree properly.
