The staff was friendly, which is reflected in the two stars. The food was an unfortunate and not satisfactory culinary experience. Meat was dry and like leather, the chicken not moist and the fries tasted like fish. The place appeared dirty, which is reflected by the greasy and dirty looking walls, which reek of old, fried food. The ceviche was mediocre at best.
This is not the place for people with high expectations. I have been going here for years and usually only get the 1/4 chicken with rice and beans. It's always been delicious. I've always really liked the chicken, although not everyone might think the same. Stick to what you like.
