Please train your employees how to redeem offers in Upside. I paid for my order in the Upside app and your cashier was supposed to redeem the payment with the digital giftcard that comes up in the Upside app. He didn't know how to do that so I ended up pay twice if I wanted my food. Luckily, Upside discovered that your cashier did not do what he was supposed to do and they are refunding my money. Also, the "buffalo wings" were undercooked and the pizza was tastless. The ONLY dominos i goto. Iv maybe had one time something wasnt right and they fixed it. Very good amount of toppings vs other locations skimping. Customer service is great. Iv been ordering exclusively from this location for almost 7 years now and will only order Dominos from here.

They kept me on hold for 4 minutes and then when they FINALLY picked up, I asked a GENUINE question "how late do you guys deliver?", and he started complaining about how they close at 1am. I was very understanding and I asked AGAIN and he hung up. Zero customer service these days. Pizza be fire tho so 2 stars
